Our Custom Jewelry Process
Custom doesn't have to be scary.
We believe that engagement rings should be approachable, fun, and 100% you. That's why we've made our custom jewelry process as smooth as possible. Get a glimpse of what to expect below.
1. Start by contacting us!
Fill out our custom jewelry inquiry form on our website. Or, send us an email at miranda@andarlen.com.
Try to include as many details as possible to give us an idea of what the project may entail. You don't need to know exactly what you want but if you have any ideas for the design, stone type, size, or anything else, we'd love to hear them! Even the smallest detail can be something that inspires your custom design.
2. Let's chat
Next, we'll talk about what you're wanting for your ring, possible options, pricing, and timeline. In most cases, this can be done via email. We also offer appointments via Zoom, email, or in-person at our Seattle shop if you want to meet in-person.
3. Take a few deep breaths, it's on us now!
We'll create some 3D renderings of your design options. These will be shared with you and you'll choose which you like best! If you have any tweaks, we can incorporate them in.
4. Confirm your design. Then, we get to work
Once we've settled on your final design, you'll pay a 50% deposit and we'll get to work on your ring. Our turnaround time is approximately 1.5 - 2 months.
5. Final details
When your ring is complete, we will ship it to you or you can pick it up at our Seattle shop. The final 50% of your payment is due at the time of shipment.
If you receive the ring and it doesn't fit, let us know! Your first resize is complementary.
